1. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to property. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone causing a disturbance.

4. Weather & Force Majeure

Palki Camps & Resorts is located in a high-altitude natural environment. Weather in the Himalayas can be unpredictable and change rapidly.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in weather conditions (rain, snow, fog) that may affect views or outdoor activities.
  • Road closures or travel delays caused by weather or landslides.
  • Power outages caused by storms (though we have backup generators for essentials).

We recommend checking the long-range forecast before traveling, but please understand that mountain weather forecasts are estimates only. No refunds will be issued solely due to bad weather unless the administration officially deems the campsite unsafe.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries sustained during trekking or outdoor activities. Guests participate in such activities at their own risk.
